Really nice service

I called their customer care regarding a problem that I was facing. No, it is not the part that was giving the problem. But it is how to use the part. I still was unable to follow. Thanks to PartsIPS team for helping me so much. They listen to us so calmly. My problem got resolved within minutes.

Hope you’re not in a hurry

Waited for a week after I ordered before I contacted customer service to ask where the parts were. They told me they will ship next week. WTF? The parts were supposedly in stock. Never again...
