Terms of Sale 

 

1. Payments

All prices are in US Dollars, and orders are not binding until payment has been accepted and verified.  We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express; PayPal. 

2. Shipping

Average Ground Shipping Times are not guaranteed, although we typically carry stock across all distribution centres, some orders may take up to 15-20 business days based on regional availability. 

Parts International ships packages using UPS, FedEx and United States Postal Service.  Although in nearly all cases we use the carrier you select in checkout, we reserve the right to use a different carrier of equal timeliness of delivery, should the need arise (if you provide a PO box and request service with UPS, we will use USPS if we cannot contact you to get a non-PO address).  Not all shipping rates are guaranteed - in some rare cases, shipping charges quoted in checkout may be less than the actual cost of shipping due to reasons out of our control - Parts International reserves the right to charge you the additional incurred fees.  Parts International is not responsible or liable for delays caused by any of the carriers we use, and are not responsible or liable for damages caused to products in transit, or products lost in transit. 

3. Warranties

In no event will Parts International be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages or losses of any kind, including damages for loss of profits or revenue, irrespective of the nature of the claim, whether in contract, tort, warranty or otherwise. Warranty claims must be made within the time frame set forth in the manufacturer’s written warranty included with the product, if any, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.

4. Returns

PartsIPS retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given by PartsIPS. Please obtain a return authorization number by contacting customer support.

Generally, PartsIPS will consider returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable. PartsIPS issues refunds generally within 72 hrs of receiving the returned item, once we verify that it is in re-sellable condition. There is no restocking fee on returns due to defective merchandise or PartsIPS shipping errors (if reported within 30 days). All other returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Freight must be prepaid by the customer and will be reimbursed for defective merchandise and PartsIPS shipping errors.

Refunds will be processed only to the original method of payment (credit or debit card) used for placing the order.

5. Defective Material

The manufacturers’ written warranties apply to all materials sold. No other warranty, expressed or implied is offered.
All shortages/damages must be noted on the original freight bill from carrier and communicated to Parts International within 5 working days. (All damages/shortages not noted on original freight bill will not be issued credit.)

6. Inclement Weather

Please note that while we strive to meet all promised delivery dates, they are estimates only, not a guarantee. Parts International is not responsible for deliveries that are delayed due to national disasters or inclement weather conditions. Refunds for shipping or freight charges will not be eligible for credit or negotiation.
