1. Shipping Destinations

PartsIPS currently ships to customers throughout the United States, including all 50 states.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Locations restricted by carriers or applicable regulations

Additional shipping destinations may become available in the future.

 

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment authorization.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed outside normal business hours will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume or when additional verification is required.
  • If an unexpected delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

 

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

PartsIPS works with established shipping carriers, including:

  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • DHL
  • Other qualified regional or national carriers

Estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates begin after order processing is completed and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package dimensions and weight

All applicable shipping costs will be displayed before the order is submitted.

From time to time, PartsIPS may offer free shipping promotions or special shipping discounts on qualifying products or orders.

PartsIPS is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
