I am in absolute love with their parts because of their minute specifications. Whenever I order online, before that I make sure I read through their “product details”.

I called their customer care regarding a problem that I was facing. No, it is not the part that was giving the problem. But it is how to use the part. I still was unable to follow. Thanks to PartsIPS team for helping me so much. They listen to us so calmly. My problem got resolved within minutes.

I was so surprised to see the part arriving before time. It just took 48hours for the arrival. Simply awesome! Thank you for your so quick service.

If you get the wrong part, don't expect to get a full refund for the part or the tax.

Waited for a week after I ordered before I contacted customer service to ask where the parts were. They told me they will ship next week. WTF? The parts were supposedly in stock. Never again...
